From conducting industry research to ultimately putting our entrepreneurial ideas into practice, we completed a full business operation process during this challenge. One important lesson I learned is that to create a successful business, you must first identify consumer and market needs. This experience not only taught me how to write a comprehensive business plan but also how to design a compelling pitch to attract potential investors. Imagine, you only have 2 minutes to present, and in that short time, you need to convey the entire contents of a 10-page business plan to our future investors. Sounds challenging, right?

After participating in so many ASIA Business Simulation, I’ve come to understand an important truth: never jump to conclusions until the very last moment. A small mistake could lead to complete failure, while a slight adjustment in strategy might help us capture the market and achieve a comeback. "Tension" and "excitement" have always been synonymous with business competitions, and as CEOs, we need to constantly lead our team through numerous challenges, putting in our best effort at every stage. Business is never a solo battlefield; it’s about teamwork, trust, and mutual support. Possessing this spirit, for us, is the true victory.
